Acceptable Use Policy

Use Capy Tools for lawful, authorized work. This policy protects recipients, customers, our platform, and the wider internet.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the services to violate law or another person’s rights; impersonate, deceive, defraud, threaten, harass, exploit, or discriminate; send unsolicited bulk messages; distribute malware or harmful code; evade usage limits; probe, scan, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to systems; interfere with another user; scrape at scale without permission; or use automated means that impose unreasonable load.

Prohibited content and transactions

You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, exploitative, sexually abusive, or designed to facilitate violence or wrongdoing. You may not use CapySign to falsify consent, forge signatures, conceal material terms, misrepresent identity or authority, or send a document to someone without a lawful basis to contact them.

Sensitive and regulated use

Do not use Capy Tools for classified information, payment-card account data, authentication secrets, export-controlled technical data, or legally protected health information unless we expressly agree in writing to support that data and the required safeguards. Do not rely on CapySign for notarization, statutory notices, court filings, wills, or other excluded or specially regulated documents unless qualified counsel confirms the workflow.

Fair use of resources

Published file, page, duration, processing, and request limits apply. You may not split accounts or manipulate requests to evade limits, resell access without permission, or use the services to operate a competing processing service at disproportionate scale.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations; remove or restrict content; rate limit, suspend, or terminate access; preserve evidence; and cooperate with lawful requests. We may consider context, severity, recurrence, and remediation. Report abuse to abuse@capytools.com.
