Accessibility Statement

Capy Tools aims to make creating, reviewing, and signing documents usable for people with disabilities across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Our target

We aim to follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA principles, including keyboard access, visible focus, sufficient contrast, programmatic labels, understandable errors, zoom and reflow support, reduced reliance on color, and signing methods that do not require precise pointer movement.

Signing accommodations

Recipients may type a signature instead of drawing one, use keyboard-accessible fields, zoom documents, and request an alternate signing method from the sender. PDF accessibility also depends on the source document supplied by the sender; Capy Tools does not automatically remediate every uploaded PDF.

If a feature or document is difficult to use, email accessibility@capytools.com with the page, assistive technology, browser, and problem encountered. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative and address product barriers.
